Paper published in Joule

Our collaborative work on high-performance electrolytes for electric aircraft batteries has been published in Joule.

This study presents a novel approach to designing fluorinated electrolyte solvents with enhanced oxidative stability, demonstrating stable cycling over 500 cycles at 4.6 V and validated safety performance under thermal abuse conditions.

The work was conducted in collaboration with researchers at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and highlights the potential of advanced electrolyte engineering for next-generation aviation batteries.
